What to Wear

shoes which are

• comfortable
• secured to your foot at the heel
• non-stick (trainers are only suitable for Rock 'n' Roll and Streetstyle)

clothing which allows you to move freely

Otherwise you may dress up or down.

In case you're wondering, at group sessions and private lessons we don't wear evening dress or competition clothing!
